Service Description

Learn the basic moves and some simple choreography in this 4 week Introductory cpurse. All classes include a warm-up, learning the moves, choreography (dancing), and a cool-down. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in (yoga or dance wear), water, and a coin belt if you have one. Coin belts will be available if you don't have one.
