Service Description
(All bodies welcome) Drop-in for Gail's Strength & Balance Class. A slow, strength building class to mindfully improve strength and balance. We will use body weight, small dumbbell weights, resistance bands, and blocks to focus on getting stronger and steadier with weight-bearing and balance postures. Class will end with a short stretch and rest. For anyone looking to improve strength and balance including following an injury recovery, or improving strength in menopause/postmenopause.
