Service Description

Focus is on slow, mindful movements and stretching with breathwork to create a soothing and restorative experience. ~ 10 minutes of gentle standings/movement into yin-like floor stretches and ending with 1-2 restorative poses ~ The class is a wonderful compliment to an active practice and for anyone needing to unwind a tight body and mind. ~Suitable for all bodies. Variations given to support your body and your practice.
