Join me in a nourishing hatha practice with a little restorative, guided savasana and meditation ● followed by a post class tea party! (Refreshments and finger food) ● admission by donation ● donations will be towards the Den Society for the homeless, and to the Creston Valley Supportive Services Centre for women ( both local)
